Shipping Policy:
All MIDW pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 2-7 business days for shipping from your order date.

Return Policy:
All MIDW clothing pieces are final sale, but please contact us if you encounter any issues with your order.

Renting Policy:
   1.    Online renting services include a 5-day renting period. If a longer renting period is not confirmed, and it exceeds five days, your deposit will be retained.
   2.    A $75 refundable deposit is required for each rented piece. Upon the undamaged and timely return of items in the same condition as rented (no-stitch rips, no missing chains/buttons, etc.), you will receive full deposit as MIDW clothing credit.
   3.    Please include the “$75 refundable deposit” in your cart. Items will only be shipped or delivered with a deposit.
   4.    No need to wash rented pieces, but they must be returned in the same condition. We dry clean all our rented pieces upon return.
   5.    If rented online, the client is responsible for paying the return label and shipping back pieces on time.
   6.    When renting our affordable pieces, proper credit to “Designs by MIDW clothing” is mandatory. Failure to credit in photoshoots, events, videos, etc., will result in the retention of your entire deposit.
